Cologne: Foresight / Insight

In this participatory internet project, Hoppe visualized the network of representative people of economical, political and cultural power in the city of Cologne. Playing the role of a mediator between public and private, she filmed these individuals shaking her hand - an inevitably intimate and sometimes awkward gesture.
